BroBot is opening up... literally... and creepily...
INSPIRATION
In celebration of Bro Caps's 10-year anniversary of the BroBot design, as well as being a phenomenal and inspiring artisan keycap maker, we, the artists of Artkey Universe, have joined in to recreate one of their most beloved sculpts, namely, BroBot!
Try to hold in your excitement. Underneath this newly revised BroBot lies an eerie, slimy secret, waiting to be unleashed.
This version of BroBot, in collaboration with Artkey Universe, is aptly named CreepBot.
THE CREATION OF CREEPBOT
The original BroBot by Bro Caps is complete in every possible way. Thus, any other ideas sprinkled into this handcrafted yet mechanical perfection would be redundant.
For this reason, during the creation of CreepBot, we opted for a different approach. Instead of deliberately adding in the elements of Artkey, we hoped to develop from the original BroBot and give the mechanical feel an organic twist.
The end result is, and to quote Capupu - Artkey's Sculptor: "The contrast between the clean, minimalist look of the BroBot keycap and the detailed, biological, and gooey elements revealed when the BroBot mask opens."
