Finishing the template
In this step, we remove any roughness and unevenness on the surface to prepare the toy for the molding part. |
Molding
The finished 3D template is then used to create a silicone mold for the toy! |
Resin Casting
Wouldn’t be Artkey without this step! |
Toy Painting
This is only for the body of Sirius. The visor is completely cast resin. We also put on a protective coating so you should have no worries about durability! |
Surface Buffing and Finishing
Completing one toy takes approx. 8 working days. |
Assembling with adhesive and Testing
Prepare for the launch! |
